Dear Friends,

Our teacher, Fred Eppsteiner will be offering an additional evening of
mindfulness meditation guidance and Buddhist teaching this week.  We will
meet at Yoga Moves from 7:15 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27.  Normally
we do not meet on the fourth Wednesday so this will be a special
opportunity to come together and practice.

We hope to see you then.

Please Note:  The following Wednesday is July 4th and so we will NOT meet
on that evening.
