Greetings Friends,

This email is to remind you that we will NOT meet on Wednesday, July 18
and also to give you the dates for our future gatherings.

We will meet again on July 25 at Yoga Moves studio from 7:15 to 9 p.m. 
(Please note that this is a change from our typical first and third
Wednesdays.)

Here are the dates for the following months:

August 15 & 29
September 5 & 19

Reminders will be sent, but you may want to mark the dates on your
calendar now as a way to note your commitment to mindfulness practice and
to our practice community.

We look forward to seeing you on July 25.
