This email is to remind you that we will meet for our next evening of
Mindfulness Meditation on Wednesday, August 15th at Yoga Moves studio from
7:15 to 9 p.m.

We will also meet on the fifth Wednesday, August 29.

The dates in September are the 5th & 19th.
