Greetings Friends...........

This is to remind you that we will be meeting for our Mindfulness
Meditation with Fred Eppsteiner on the first and third Wednesday in April.
 We look forward to seeing you this week on the 4th and again on the 18th.
 We meet from 7:15 to 9 p.m. at Yoga Moves located at 1045 Ninth Avenue
North in St. Petersburg.

You may also want to note that Fred will be giving dharma talks at the
Dancing Waters Sangha on April 12 and 26.  Dancing Waters meets every
Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Lotus Room yoga studio which is near the
University of Tampa, 1101 W. Kennedy Blvd.
