[Naples-News] Recitation of the 14 Mindfulness Trainings of the Order of Interbeing; Saturday, June 14, 2008

Dear Friends,

I would like to invite all those interested in reciting the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings of the Order of Interbeing to join me this Saturday from 8:30 to 10:00 in the morning.  The recitation will be at my house located at 79 Ridge Drive, Naples, Fl.   There will be 1 hour of sitting and walking meditation, and the recitation ceremony which includes chanting the Heart Sutra. I hope to offer this recitation twice a month in the future.  If you plan on attending, please let me know that you are coming by emailing me at anigsol at embarqmail.com.  No need to email if you are not attending.   

Please arrive with enough time to settle in before 8:30 a.m.  Plenty of parking in front of the guesthouse. The door to the meditation room his by the garage.  There are a limited number of cushions available.  I hope to see you in morning. Be well.
