At long last, Fred will be back in Naples!  Please join us this Sunday at 6:30 pm at Bala Vinyasa Yoga Studio for meditation and dharma discussion. On Sunday Fred, who recently returned from a 10-day retreat and Engaged Buddhism conference in Hanoi, Vietnam, will speak on the visionary Dharma and meaningful meditation practices of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
