Day of Mindfulness With The Naples Sangha
Sunday March 8th, 2008
9 AM until 4:30 PM

Please join us for a day of mindfulness. A day we can let go of our
responsibilities and activities, restore and nourish our minds and bodies.
A day devoted to the practice of living in the present moment and
touching the wonders of life that are right here. A day we share to
develop and deepen our practice of mindfulness, meditative awareness in
silence and relaxation.

Our Day of Mindfulness will be held in Naples on Sunday, March 8th from 9
am until 4:30 pm. It will involve sitting and walking mindfulness
meditation, guided meditations, a Dharma teaching by Fred, an opportunity
for questions and answers, silent meals, some lazy time and afternoon
Mindful movements. Participants are requested to please respect and
appreciate noble silence during the duration of the formal activities of
the day. An opportunity for sharing and mindful conversation will be
provided towards the end of the day.

To attend this special day, participants must register in advance, as
space is limited. Please register with Petie at petiegriffin at yahoo.com .
Everyone is encouraged to stay for the full day, but if you cannot, please
tell us when you register. Our venue will depend upon the number of
registrants so please register ASAP.

This event is free and open to all practitioners. However, your generosity
in providing a donation or Dana for the use of the facility and the
teacher is gratefully accepted and encouraged.
