Dear Friends,

 

This Sunday, Fred will be with us again at the Naples Sangha meditation

and giving the Dharma talk.  He will be continuing his commentary on the
Seven

Verses of Mind Training. These teachings and practices deal with the "how

to" for transforming the aversive conditions of everyday life into the

basis for living an awakened life.  This Sunday's teaching will focus on the
slogans:

 

Of the two judges, rely on the principal one.

 

Always have the support of a joyful mind.

 

You are proficient if you can practice even when distracted.

 

I'm looking forward to seeing you this Sunday.
