[Naples Community of Mindfulness]

Dear Friends,

Please join us this Sunday evening, when Fred will join us and lead the
Sangha in meditation. He will be continuing his commentary on the Seven
Verses of Mind Training. These teachings and practices deal with the "how
to" for transforming the aversive conditions of everyday life into the
basis for living an awakened life. This week Fred will discuss the
following slogans:

"Work on the stronger disturbing emotions first”

“Don’t rely on consistency”

“Don’t make things painful”
