Please join us at Bala Vinyasa Yoga this Sunday, when Fred will lead the
Sangha in meditation and offer a dharma talk on the following topics that
various students have raised with him recently:

 

  - What is a valid spiritual path and valid spiritual practice?

  - What is the role of teachers and the responsibilities of students, and
vice versa?

  - Is there a necessity for spiritual communities?

- What does "transmission" mean in the Buddhist tradition?

- What is the purpose of the practice of Tonglen?
