[Naples-News] Sunday meditation

[Naples Community of Mindfulness]

Dear friends,

This Sunday, Fred will be with us at the Naples sangha meditation and
giving the Dharma talk.  He will be continuing his commentary on the Seven
Verses of Mind Training. These teachings and practices deal with the "how
to" for transforming the aversive conditions of everyday life into the
basis for living an awakened life.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable and meaningful Thanksgiving and I'm
looking forward to seeing you this Sunday.
