[Naples-news] Tea Ceremony

Dear Sangha,

The Naples Sangha Spring Tea Ceremony March 25th will celebrate spring and community. After our sitting meditation we will enjoy tea and cookies in honor of the new season. As part of the fun feel free to share something such as a poem, song, picture, telling a story or joke, music, even an arrangement of flowers in the tea circle. As in all things the tea ceremony welcomes listeners too. All are in the spirit of dharma fun.

Even though we have westernized tea ceremony the spirit is the same, the tea drinker and host are without separation. Each inter-are. 

“The garden path, the hut, 
The host and the guest—
All are whipped together
In the tea and are without distinctions.”
