Please join us for a full day of meditation practice

 9am-4pm



Brown Bag  Lunch

The Innerlight Center is a private home so we ask you to please bring
something filling for yourself but food that doesn't need the kitchen.

Bottled water will be provided.

A $5 donation to Yolanda Becker our hostess is suggested.



You are welcome to bring a cushion or favorite sitting arrangement.

Some chairs and cushions will be provided.
