Dear Dharma friends,

 

A gentle reminder that our full day of mindfulness on August 18th is just
one week away.  

 

Registration is not mandatory to attend, but it is helpful for our planning.

2216 or email awakenedart at comcast.net.  I will be your contact person for
the retreat day and my cell is 239 595 7750 if you need further directions
that day.

 

 

Our teacher, Fred Eppsteiner, will give the dharma talk and answer
questions. 

Our day begins at 9am and ends at 4 p.m., with mindful-practice clean-up and
social time until 5 p.m.

 

The location is The Innerlight Healing Center and our hostess is Yolanda
Becker. 

Please park on the street or in the drive on the street side of the pond.

 

Suggested dana $10.

 

 

Please bring a brown bag lunch to enjoy and your sitting cushions or any
special sitting "paraphernalia" you may prefer. We will provide bottled
water during the day.

 

 

Directions to Innerlight Healing Center: Go East on Pine Ridge, east of I-75
past the Vineyards Community to Logan Avenue.

Turn Left (north) onto Logan Avenue.

Look for Harold Wood Drive which is the street before Hickory Wood.

Turn right onto Hickory Wood.

Go to the last house on the right which is: 4810 Hickory Wood Drive -
Innerlight Healing Center
