Dear Friends,

Please join us at the Lotus Room this Thursday evening at 7, when Fred
will talk with the Sangha about the multi-level meanings of "Mindful
Consumption," then continue to discuss Lao Tzu's elegant and earthy oral
teachings, the Hua Hu Ching.

As previously announced, we will be offering a Day of Mindfulness at the
Lotus Pond in Tampa this Sunday (July 20) from 9 am until 4:30 pm. If you
plan to attend, please note that it is necessary to register for this
event in advance by contacting John Daugirda at john at daugirda.com.
