[Dws-News] Thursday sangha

Dear Friends,

Please join us at the Lotus Room this Thursday evening, when Fred
will rejoin us and lead the Sangha in meditation. He will be continuing
his commentary on the Seven Verses of Mind Training. These teachings and
practices deal with the "how to" for transforming the aversive conditions
of everyday life into the basis for living an awakened life.

This week's teaching will center on "Of the two judges, rely on the
principal one" and "Always have the support of a joyful mind."

You will be soon receiving information about a Day of Mindfulness that
will be held at the Lotus Pond on March 16th.
