[Dws-News] This Sunday at the Farm

Dear Friends,

We will hold our monthly half Day of Mindfulness (DOM) at Doug and Leah
King's farm in Land O'Lakes this Sunday from 9 am until noon. Doug will
lead our discussion of the final chapter in Bhante Gunaratana's book,
"Eight Mindful Steps to Happiness." Please let me know if you need
directions to the farm. There is no need to rsvp or register for the half
day.

Our quarterly full Day of Mindfulness, with Fred Eppsteiner teaching, will
be Saturday, November 17. We'll be sending out additional information soon
about this DOM, including how to register.
