[Dws-News] This Thursday at the Lotus Room

Dear Friends,

Please join us at the Lotus Room this Thursday, when Fred Eppsteiner will
lead the Sangha in meditation and offer teachings from The Seven Points of
Mind Training, by the Tibetan master Chekawa Yeshe Dorje. A separate email
from Fred will be sent later today with more information about these
teachings and the specific text to be used. Fred will be teaching from
this text from now until the end of the year.

We are very fortunate that the Lotus Room shares their special space with
our Sangha. To prepare the space for our weekly Sangha, we ask one or two
members to serve as "hosts" each week to help set up the room, make tea,
and close up afterwards. Guidelines for the host(s) are attached. If
everyone could volunteer to serve as host for one Thursday between now and
December 31 (no Sangha on Thanksgiving, November 22), this would be very
helpful. Please email me at parrish26 at gmail.com; once I have sufficient
responses, I'll provide everyone with a schedule of hosts for the quarter.
