Dear Friends,

Please join us at the Lotus Room this Thursday evening, when Fred
Eppsteiner will lead the Sangha in meditation and continue teachings from
The Seven Points of Mind Training by the Tibetan master Chekawa Yeshe
Dorje.

As recently announced, beginning next week (December 6) we'll start our
weekly pre-Sangha discussion group from 6:00 to 6:30 pm for anyone
interested in sharing thoughts about their practice.

We look forward to seeing you at Sangha.
