Dear Friends,

Please join us at the Lotus Room this Thursday evening, when Fred
Eppsteiner will lead the Sangha in meditation and continue teachings from
The Seven Points of Mind Training by the Tibetan master Chekawa Yeshe
Dorje. This week's teaching will center on "Seeing confusion as the body
of Buddha."

We recently sent out information on the upcoming retreat in Chinsegut from
February 14-18. The retreat is now almost 2/3 full; if you plan to attend
and haven't registered, you may wish to do so soon to ensure a spot.

We look forward to seeing you at Sangha.
